Planning Templates

This planning template is an additional planning tool to help local courts prepare for a possible influenza pandemic as described in the Florida State Courts Strategy for Pandemic Influenza released on March 29, 2006. The template is designed to serve as an appendix to the existing continuity of operations plan (COOP).
